Pale straw colour with green reflections. Aromas reminiscent of the fresh fruit in the coupage during the harvesting. It lingers on in your mouth and has a subtle acidity. It has a small bubble with a slow flow.
A great companion of grilled fish dishes, octopus “ a feira” , paellas, stuffed turkey, meat canneloni and firm cheeses (Jalsberg, Gouda).
To be served between 7 to 8 degrees.
In the fridge or in a wine cellar, always in the up-right position.
